03. Intellectual Property & Proprietary Security
To maintain the high quality of our service and protect our engineering innovations, all users must agree to the following protective clauses regarding our proprietary technology:
Proprietary Heuristics
The core scoring algorithms, weight vectors, prompt architecture (specifically engineered for Google Gemini), database structures, entity relationship extraction rules, and custom SEO/AEO heuristics are the exclusive trade secrets of SEOOBJ.
Anti-Scraping & Reverse Engineering
Automated scrapers, web spiders, bots, crawlers, or high-volume scripts may not be used to query our analysis forms or endpoints. Harvesting the feedback database to train competing AI models is strictly prohibited.
Report Usage Rights
Reports generated by the Service are licensed exclusively to you for internal optimization, business strategy, and client presentation. Packaging, white-labeling, or reselling our reports as part of a competing automated software tool is strictly prohibited.
04. How We Use Data
Performing Analysis
Submitted URLs and text are sent to our secure API pipeline (Gemini & Firecrawl) to generate your audit report.
Model & Weight Calibration
User-submitted Suggested Corrections are used anonymously to calibrate prompts and audit heuristics.
Knowledge Graph Building
Aggregated entity names are compiled across all audits to improve analysis precision.
Abuse Prevention
Hashed IP identifiers are used solely to protect our servers from DoS and automated bot runs.
05. Third-Party Processors
06. Security & Legal
Security
Data is protected via TLS encryption and server-side key isolation. Original IPs are irreversibly hashed before storage.
GDPR & CCPA
We process data under Legitimate Interest. Hashed identifiers do not constitute personal information under CCPA.
